Can we support your school careers department?
Swarm Training is a Community Interest Company training workplace apprentices for clients from Disney to small companies in a local community. As part of our focus on social impact it is an obvious goal for us to support young people as they embark on their career and are starting to make choices on which path to take. We are clearly passionate about apprenticeships but that’s because we see the huge positive impact they have for apprentices and businesses alike. We are very driven to support at grass roots level as young people are coming towards the end of their secondary school days and need that input from the real world of work.
What we can offer your school
We offer a programme of support to schools. At the moment, because we are based in Norwich, we can only support in-person at our local level in and around Norwich but we are a national training provider and will in time be able to come out to you in other areas of the country. However, we offer for all schools the following programme of activity and invite you to get in touch if you would to join the programme:

Short, age-appropriate sessions led by our team or apprentice ambassadors

Webinars on specific career paths/subjects which students may not know about

For engineering subjects, a guided tour of our Apprenticeship Engineering Training Centre
