    • We will provide strong leadership and visible commitment to health and safety at all levels of the organization.

    • Our management team will ensure that health and safety responsibilities are clearly defined, communicated, and understood.

  • Risk Assessment and Management:

    • We will conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards

    • and implement appropriate control measures to mitigate risks.

    • All employees will be encouraged to report hazards and participate in the risk assessment process.

  • Training and Competence:

    • We will provide necessary health and safety training to all employees to ensure they are competent to perform their duties safely.

    • Continuous professional development will be supported to maintain and enhance health and safety knowledge and skills.

  • Communication and Consultation:

    • We will maintain open communication channels to ensure health and safety information is effectively disseminated throughout the organisation.

    • Employees will be consulted on health and safety matters and encouraged to contribute to the development and implementation of

      safety measures.

  • Monitoring and Review:

    • We will regularly monitor and review our health and safety performance to ensure continuous improvement.

    • Health and safety audits will be conducted periodically to assess compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

  • Emergency Preparedness:

    • We will develop and maintain emergency procedures to ensure a prompt and effective response to incidents.

    • Regular drills and training will be conducted to ensure all employees are familiar with emergency procedures.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Management: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of this policy.

    • Employees: Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and participate in health and safety activities.

    • Health and Safety Officer: Oversee health and safety programs, conduct audits, and provide guidance.

Review:

This policy will be reviewed annually or as required to ensure its effectiveness and

compliance with current legislation.
