Organised by the Norfolk Chamber of Commerce, this flagship event brought together more than 100 local enterprises and welcomed almost 1,000 visitors from across the region. The atmosphere was buzzing with ideas, introductions and inspiring conversations—exactly the kind of environment where Swarm thrives.

Representing Swarm were Louie and Dale from the engagement team, Paul from Swarm Recruitment, and Harry Harris—Swarm’s Commercial Director, Co-Founder, and Director of Swarm Bluewater, the newly launched commercial training division. Instead of delivering a traditional presentation, Harry made the workshop interactive and fun, drawing the audience into discussions and encouraging them to reflect on their own leadership qualities.
