Finding someone who suits the role takes time, particularly when you’re looking for potential rather than years of experience. Support with your vacancy
We’ll start by discussing the job and what you need from the person joining your team. We’ll also look at which apprenticeship would fit their day-to-day work.
Once the vacancy is agreed, we can help promote it and screen applications. We’ll support you through the recruitment process and help prepare your chosen candidate to start their apprenticeship with Swarm.
You can speak to us while you’re still working out the role. You don’t need a finished job advert to get started.
Who is the service for?
The service is available to employers recruiting someone onto an apprenticeship delivered by Swarm Training.
You might be hiring your first apprentice or adding to an established team. The person you recruit could be leaving education or changing career. What matters is that the job gives them the opportunity to develop the skills covered by their apprenticeship.

What does “free” cover?
There is no recruitment fee for this service when Swarm delivers the recruit’s apprenticeship training.
You’ll still pay their wages and meet the normal costs of employing them. Apprenticeship training funding is separate, and any contribution will depend on your circumstances and the programme.
