The event is perfect for anyone looking to build their career but also for busy business owners in the Norfolk area who need to take some time away from the computer screen and the ongoing emails to be able to think about growth and chat with their peers for inspiration. We all get to meet in person and talk personal, team and business development plans for the future and find solutions for the challenges to enable the future to be possible.
Our role at the “All About Apprenticeships“ event is to answer questions, give advice and provide solutions. We’d love to hear exactly how things are for you right now so we can point you in the direction of what and who can help, whatever that might be. We have so many years of experience in personal development, skills training, building high performing teams and finding businesses the solutions they need to grow. The majority of the time, this is through helping you acquire the knowledge you need either for yourself or your team but it may also be through recruiting the right candidates for you or through other relevant support, tools or resources.
At the event, there will also be some experienced apprenticeship ambassadors who have done an apprenticeship as well as some employers of apprentices so you can hear about the reality of having an apprentice and how it has benefitted the business.
The event is FREE.
We look forward to seeing you there, even if just for a cuppa together and a chat with someone else who gets it who can be a sounding board or a second set of eyes on a challenge you are facing. Oh, and for us all to have a break from the screen and emails and see each other in person! :-)
