Funding & Employer Commitment:
As an employer, you should allow the apprentice 20% off-the-job training time. This is dedicated, protected development time. Employers must ensure during a Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship their employee receives the necessary support and mentoring to complete their portfolio to the required standard.
Levy-paying employers use their levy funds to cover training costs. Non-levy payers can also access government funding, including incentives announced for 2026 such as: full funding for eligible under-25s, and up to £2,000 for hiring apprentices aged 16-24.
