Last week I delivered a Personal Development workshop to our apprentices on Personal Branding and Career Pathways. It was great to see so many new and old faces!

Having a well-defined personal brand is important as it helps build trust and credibility, can lead to more opportunities, and makes us stand out for the right reasons.

Instead of focusing on the negative predictions about AI, we encouraged our guests to continue to develop their professional brands; to reflect on their own values; to connect with others. Networking is more important now than ever.

Caitlin is one of our apprentices progressing through the Marketing Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship. Elizabeth is Caitlin’s manager and they work at White Horse Surveyors. Here is their apprenticeship experience so far:

National Apprentice Week is a great opportunity to remind ourselves of the success stories; those learners that have grown in confidence, learned new skills, and are now making a valuable contribution to their organisation – like Ethan!

Swarm Training becomes pioneer provider for the new Market Research Standard

Swarm Training has now become a fully accredited MRS centre which means our training meets the rigorous standards for provision and delivery of courses leading to MRS qualifications.

Sam at Swarm has been donating her time to local social enterprise, The Feed, by supporting those seeking work with improving their CVs and interview skills.
